Nexus Pets is a collaborative and inclusive organization working within the community to bridge the gap for at-risk dogs, cats, and small animals across Oklahoma.
Our work began in 2016 as Nexus Equine, creating pathways for equines to new careers through assessment, training, adoption, and community resources. In 2023, recognizing similar critical gaps for dogs and cats, we strategically expanded our mission with the support of our board and donors to serve more animals.
Now operating collectively as Nexus Animals, we are dedicated to the animals of Oklahoma and the people who love them. This integrated approach allows us to address animal needs while providing vital resources and support to our neighbors.
